When it comes to holiday house rentals Lismore, 11 Parkes Street Lismore is a great option and one of our popular cottages for short or long term rental. It is one of the best and is a large federation style timber cottage with 3 queen bedrooms and 1 large bathroom. It is located fairly close to the centre of Lismore – a short walk across Ballina Road and down Keen Street to town. The house is set back off the street and occupies a great block with a leafy aspect.
11 Parkes Street Lismore has traditional high ceilings common to the era it was built in, beautifully polished Australian timber floors, a superb gourmet kitchen to allow guests to create sumptuous meals while they are staying, separate dining space and 2 elegant sitting rooms. Of course their are also some great eat in and take away restaurants close by, and a very eclectic mix of international cuisine can be found in the CBD.
The house can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a kitchen, washing machine, clothes dryer and TV. Pets are allowed.
Access is up a flight of 20 stairs and there is a small back and small front deck area for enjoying the leafy outlook and for outdoor dining. It is 4.5 star rated and only a 5 minute walk to Lismore CBD, shops and restaurants. It has undercover car parking for 2 vehicles.
